Alliance for African Assistance’s Utility Advocacy Program has trained utility specialists that are ready to assist you with a variety of questions and concerns you may have with your gas & electric, internet, cable, and cell phone bills. If there is anything you do not understand or you do not think is correct on your bill, we can help you. If your bills are too high, we can help you find discounts and credits to lower them, as well as payment plans to make them more manageable. If you are curious about how we can help, we encourage you to bring your bills to us and we will check them to see how you might be able to save money.
The Utility Advocacy Program offers the following free services:

• Lifeline enrollment
• Gas & electric CARE/FERA discount program enrollment assistance
• New account set-up
• Utility Education classes
